I, , S/o D/o Mr. , Resident of , do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:
That all the information provided by me to YogX is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that if any information provided by me is found to be false, incorrect or misleading at any time, I shall be solely responsible for any legal consequences, penalties or actions arising therefrom, and YogX shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever.
That I shall maintain good moral character and professional conduct at all times during my association with YogX. I affirm that I have never been involved in any criminal, offensive or illegal activities in the past, and I undertake that I shall not engage in any such activities during or after my association with YogX. In the event of any misconduct or improper activity on my part, I shall be solely responsible for the same, and YogX shall not be liable or responsible in any manner for my actions.
That I agree to provide the services to clients as assigned to me by YogX in a professional and timely manner. In case I fail to provide the agreed services to the client without reasonable cause or prior intimation, I shall be liable to reimburse YogX for the full amount paid by the client including all applicable taxes (currently 18% GST) and any additional costs incurred by YogX due to my failure to provide services.
That I understand and agree to the payment terms of YogX whereby my remuneration shall be processed only after the successful completion of services to the client as verified and approved by YogX. I acknowledge that there may be a reasonable processing period for such payments after service completion.
That I agree to the revenue sharing model of YogX whereby I shall receive 60% of the total fees charged to the client for the services rendered by me, with the remaining 40% being retained by YogX as platform fees, administrative charges and for business development purposes.
That I shall not circumvent the payment system of YogX or engage directly with clients assigned to me by YogX for any services without the express written consent of YogX. Any attempt to bypass YogX's systems or establish direct relationships with YogX clients for future engagements shall be considered a material breach of this agreement.
That I agree to abide by all terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and guidelines of YogX as may be amended from time to time. I understand that YogX reserves the right to modify these terms and I shall be bound by such modifications upon notification.
That I acknowledge and agree that my relationship with YogX is that of an independent service provider and not that of an employee. I understand that I am responsible for my own taxes, insurance and other statutory requirements. I agree to provide services for the duration specified in each assignment and shall not subcontract, delegate or hire any third party to perform the services on my behalf without prior written approval from YogX.
